Thousands upon thousands of spectators, protesters and NYPD officers lined the streets of New York City early this morning. The occassion: Pope Benedict XVI's visit to NYC. Security was extremely tight; people with special tickets were able to pass through certain side streets. The tickets were given out during specific church outings and randomly passed out in the city, an NYPD officer said.
